Having a hard time getting back in to routine?
Then come join the Callaghan Fitness team for our New Year, New You 8 week Fitness Challenge! Aim to workout 4 to 5 times a week for 8 weeks to have your name out in to our raffle. Each week you must complete the workout log with activity for each day by Sunday.
Workouts each week must consist of at least one group exercise class in person/virtual, 2 to 3 workouts provided at sign up, and one workout of your choice.
